Larry Crystal has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. He is a fitness specialist, martial arts instructor, certified massage therapist, gym owner and nutrition counselor. Larry is experienced in training a wide range of people including celebrities, athletes, professionals and anyone who wants to look and feel their very best.
Larry is an expert in creating a program that is just right for the individual. Whether you are working out with Larry for weight loss, muscle gain, toning, injury repair, or just to increase stamina and endurance, you will receive a program tailored for you.
Larry studied Sports Science and Nutrition at UCLA and California State University, Northridge, and is certified through the International Fitness Association. Larry is also a graduate of A2Z Massage School. Larry owned Platinum Sports & Wellness Center in Calabasas, CA from 2007 – 2012. Larry is a master martial artist. He holds multiple degrees of black belt in Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido. Larry has been studying martial arts for 30 years with Grand Master Jun Chong, and has won numerous awards in international martial arts competition, as well as many teaching awards. Larry is the developer of the “CR6 Workout”, and the “Stretch, Roll and Relax” rejuvenating treatment.
